為落實(shí)第三屆“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇會(huì)議精神，優(yōu)化營(yíng)商環(huán)境，做好外籍人員在京就業(yè)服務(wù)工作，我們依據(jù)《勞動(dòng)合同法》《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)就業(yè)管理規(guī)定》等法律法規(guī)，制定了《北京市外籍人員勞動(dòng)合同示范文本》（中英文版本），現(xiàn)予以公布，供用人單位和外籍人員選用參考。

Announcement on the Release of the Demonstration Text of Labor Contract for Foreign Employees in Beijing (Chinese and English Versions)

 

 

To implement the essence of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, perfect the business environment,  offer excellent employment services to foreign individuals in Beijing, we have created the Demonstration Text of Labor Contract for Foreign Personnel in Beijing in both Chinese and English versions. This demonstration text complies with the Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Rules for the Administration of Employment of Foreigners in China, and other relevant laws and regulations. We are now releasing it for reference by employers and foreign personnel.
